Rubblebucket, Skidmore’s favorite psychedelic-afro-beat-math-band, is touring heavily this fall in support of its new album, Survival Sounds (released August 25th). If you attended either of the band’s memorable performances at Falstaff’s or Zankel—including the first, and probably last, stage rush in Ladd Hall’s history—you will be interested to hear that the tour includes several stops around upstate New York. Unfortunately, the band will NOT be making an appearance at Skidmore, much to the dismay of the Outing Club and the two other people who actually like this shit. However, the band’s tour will bring it within driving distance of campus, so grab some friends (or carpool with strangers—strangers are fun!) and catch Rubbs in Albany on Sept. 14th and Burlington on Nov. 6th and 7th.

P.S. Does this girl go to Skidmore?
