Christopher O’Riley is the American pianist and the host of the weekly NPR program From the Top most famous or playing beautiful piano covers of songs I really liked in ninth grade.
O’Riley will be at Zankel March 25th at 8pm playing classical pieces and his own arrangements, highlighting music from his August 2009 release, “Out of My Hands” (PUN!). $12 tickets for the public and $5 tickets for students are available at the Zankel Box Office.
O’Riley’s is on campus as part of the Sterne Virtuoso Series and will give a master class at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24, in Ladd Concert Hall. The class is free and open to the public.
