This weekend, inter-hall council will be producing its first event of the year. The event will run all weekend, and will not be cut short by freshmen, or anyone, being taken to the lovely Saratoga Hospital because there will be no alcohol provided. Instead, sober up and go catch some balls at dodgeball with Lucy Scrib’, and take a trip to Candyland. And if you want to spice things up a bit on your own, bring your friend JD. I hear he knows how to party…

Friday, Okt. 3
“Taste of Saratoga” LUCY SCRIBNER BLOCK PARTY : 6 – 8 PM in Scribner - Feast on an array of free food from downtown Saratoga while rocking out to live music from fellow Skidmore students in the heart of Scribner Village.
“From Battlefields to a ‘CANDYLAND’” DANCE : 10 – 2 AM in Falstaffs - Dare to show your ankles and break out a waltz at Pride Alliance’s “Candyland” themed dance.

Saturday, Okt. 4
“SKIDTORIAN STREETWALK AND BBQ” : 1 – 5 PM on Case Green - Enjoy a free BBQ and live DJ as you make your way around this fall carnival. Bob for apples, paint a pumpkin, race in a potato sack, or jump in Benefaction’s moon bounce!
“SPAC: Skidmore People Acting Comically” COMEDY SHOW : 10 – 11 PM in Gannett Auditorium - ComFest presents an epic event, the first ever joint comedy show featuring your favorite jesters from Ad Libs, Sketchies, and Skidomedy. With special guest performers, the Manmos!
SENIOR NIGHT : 11 PM – Join your fellow Seniors for the first of many fun nights downtown with discounted drinks at a bar TBD. PLUS, show your Skidmore I.D. at Esperanto’s and seniors get doughboys for $2 and pizza slices for only $1!

“Saratoga Apple” STUDY BREAK : 9 – 10 PM on Case Green - Enjoy free fall treats from local farm Saratoga Apple while being serenaded by the Drastic Measures a capella.
