It seems that everyone’s favorite Saratoga based novelty twitter account has fallen prey to the same editorial pressures and hubris that took down New Yorker staff writer Jonah Lehrer.  Timestamps on the above tweets show that the bear reused the same weird joke about squirrels and garbage on two separate occasions.

The twitter community is obviously in shock but as of press time the Bear’s editorial management have not publicly addressed the alleged self-plagiarism.
